How do you ensure the coffee is fresh?

We partner with over 60 of the nation's best craft roasters who roast your coffee to order. This means your beans are shipped directly from the roastery to your door within 24 hours of being roasted.

Can I choose my own delivery frequency?

Absolutely. You have full control over your schedule. You can choose to receive coffee every week, every two weeks, or every month, and you can pause or skip shipments at any time through your account dashboard.

What if I receive a bag of coffee I don't like?

We offer a First Bag Guarantee. If you don't love your first delivery, our coffee experts will help you find a different roast and we will send your next bag for free.

Do you offer ground coffee or only whole bean?

We offer both. You can select whole bean for the freshest grind at home, or choose from several grind settings tailored for your specific brewing method, such as drip, espresso, or French press.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $2 per bag, but all subscribers with an active recurring order of two or more bags per shipment qualify for free shipping.

Is your coffee ethically sourced?

Yes. We exclusively partner with roasters who prioritize direct trade relationships and sustainable farming practices, ensuring that farmers are paid well above Fair Trade minimums.
